Lydia Badia is a highly experienced facial plastic surgeon. Her areas of expertise are aesthetic, functional and reconstructive nose surgery. She specializes in Rhinology, Rhinoplasty and facial cosmetic surgery.

 

Miss Badia holds and NHS post as a Consultant Surgeon at the Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital which is the National Postgraduate teaching Hospital in the U.K. She is an Honorary Senior Lecturer at University College London. She qualified in Medicine in 1989 and received her higher surgical training in the North London Teaching Hospitals which included Charing Cross, St Mary’s and The Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital.

 

Miss Badia is a member of the British Association of Head and Neck Surgery, European Rhinological Society and European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery.

 

Miss Badia is the author of the book “Total Revision: Nose Surgery” published in 2005. She has written a book chapter on Augmentation Rhinoplasty for the latest edition of Scott’s Brown textbook in Head and Neck Surgery. She has published multiple papers in peer reviewed journals. She keeps up to date by attending national and international conferences at which she regularly gives scientific presentations.

 

Lydia Badia’s repertoire includes corrective surgery of the nose, eyelids and ears. She has an interest on non surgical facial rejuvenation and her sensitive injection techniques with Botulinum and fillers produce a totally natural and pleasing look.
